In Sustainocracy we share the importance of integrating our core natural human essentials (such as food and health) into our learning dynamics. In 1995 a program was launched in California (USA) to develop edible school yards. This is not at all common practice in many countries. In the Netherlands certain schools, such as the Steiner based Green School network, have food integrated into primary school education. What is the situation in your country or community?

With our global FRE2SH community we intend to engage our children and their educational environment right from the beginning in these practices.
